The purposes of using cookies include: (a) ongoing and proper operation of the Website and saving user preferences; (b) security, fraud prevention, and protection against unauthorized access; (c) research, measurement, and statistical analysis for improving the Website and services; and (d) marketing and advertising, including customizing content and ads and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
You can disable, delete, or block cookies at any time through the banner on the Website and your browser or device settings. In addition, you can use third-party tools to opt out of interest-based advertising, according to the links detailed in this section, as well as manage advertising preferences in tools from providers such as Google and Meta (Facebook), as detailed below. For more details – see further below.
Use of cookies and tracking technologies
When you use our website and services, we and third parties providing services to us (including analytics service providers and advertising and content platforms, as detailed further below) may use industry-standard information collection technologies, known as "Cookies", Web Beacons, Tags, Pixels, and other monitoring technologies that store certain information on the computer or device you use to access our website. These technologies may collect and transmit information from your device to our systems and/or to third parties, as detailed below.
Cookies generally consist of text files saved in local storage on your device, for example, in your browser or on your mobile device (provided you have not blocked their creation in your device and/or browser settings), and they collect relevant information about your activity on the Website, as detailed further below. The information stored in these cookies is sent back to our systems during your visit to the Website and on each subsequent visit, or to the systems of third parties that recognize the same cookie. The Company or third parties providing various services to the Company, or advertising/content companies, may from time to time access the information accumulated in the cookies, including its transfer to them.
Web Beacons or Pixel tags are tiny code snippets embedded in the Website's pages, in advertisements, and in the emails we send from time to time, which allow us and our service providers to track your use of the Website and/or your interaction with advertisements and messages (e.g., tracking events like opening an email, clicking on an ad, or visiting a page on the Website), to transmit to us and/or our service providers data about your activity on the Site in real time, to collect information regarding the preferences of users and visitors on the Website, to track conversions (e.g., registering for a project following an advertisement or a visit to the Website), to place cookies on the Website or read existing cookies, and to estimate the scope and type of use of the Website, our services, and messages, thereby helping us to analyze and improve our content and its advertising methods.
Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, cookies and pixels may collect diverse and detailed technical and behavioral information (as this term is defined above), including, for example, information about the technical components of your device and operating system, the type of browser you used, the device's operating system, and similar technical information, as well as information about your geographical location (city/country). The cookies also collect information about your browsing patterns on the Website, including the pages you visited on our Site, the duration of your stay on each page, the times you visited the Website, from which webpage or search engine you accessed the Website, and what actions you performed on the Website (e.g., clicking on links or buttons). In addition to activity on our Site, cookies and pixels may store information about your browsing habits on other websites, including sites and applications you browsed before and after visiting our Site and viewing and clicking on our advertisements on other sites.
For convenience only, all the technologies described above, including pixels, will hereinafter be referred to as: "Cookies".
Purposes of using cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies for a wide range of business and technical purposes, as follows:
Operational - The cookies are used for the ongoing and proper operation of the Website, managing the technical aspects of the Website, documenting your preferences and choices, improving, facilitating, and simplifying your browsing and usage experience on the Website, identifying you as a returning user and displaying content tailored to your activity history and personal preferences, including adapting the User interface, display language, and the order of information presentation according to your preferences and areas of interest.
Security – Cookies are used to prevent fraud, impersonation, and unauthorized use of our Site and services, to detect suspicious activity, protect against cyber-attacks and other malicious activities, to verify user details and identity, and to protect your personal information and the integrity of the Website and services.
Statistical research – We use cookies to collect and generate, including through third-party providers (such as Google Analytics), comprehensive statistical data on the use of the Website, including the number of visitors, the most popular pages, average session durations, common browsing patterns, and traffic sources to the Website. This information allows us to better understand the needs of our users, identify areas for improvement on the Website and in our services, optimize site performance, and develop new features and services tailored to market demands. We also use this data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, assess the success of new features, and make data-driven business decisions.
Marketing – The cookies allow us to present you with advertisements and content, including marketing content, that are personalized to your demographic profile, preferences, and activity history on the Website, including displaying dedicated ads on third-party platforms (e.g., showing the Company's ads on Facebook). This includes using cookies and third-party services to target ads to specific audiences based on age, location, interests, and digital behavior, as well as presenting projects or services that may interest you based on your previous searches. Additionally, cookies allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements, learn user responses to our ads, improve our offerings, know how you arrived at the Website, provide behavioral advertising online, track conversions from various campaigns, and optimize advertising budgets and targeting.
How long do cookies stay on your device?
Some cookies are active from the moment you enter the Website until the end of your specific browsing session. These cookies expire and are automatically deleted when you close your browser window (temporary cookies or session cookies). We use these cookies for various purposes, for example, to secure the application, to manage individual visits to the Website, to determine if the User is in a country with content restrictions, and to set language preferences while you visit the Website.
Some cookies are stored on your device for longer periods and do not expire when you close the browser window (persistent cookies). The length of time these cookies remain on your device can vary between different types of cookies. We use these cookies to collect various information such as the pages you visited, the source from which you arrived at the Website, information you request to see upon entering the Website, and more.
Deleting cookies from your browser or device's memory will not erase information that has already been transferred to the Company or to authorized third parties via the cookies, and therefore any deletion or disabling of cookies will apply to future uses only.
Third-party cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies may be stored on your device by us as the operators of the Website. These cookies are called "first-party". Certain cookies may be stored on your device by a third party, for example, social media platforms, advertising platforms and content providers for websites, and they are called "third-party" cookies. The Website uses cookies and services of third parties, which provide us with advanced tools for analysis, content delivery, advertising and improving the experience of the User, as detailed above, as follows:

It is important to note that the list of third parties is not exhaustive and may naturally change from time to time according to our business and technological needs, and the Company may use cookies from additional third parties at its discretion.
These third-party cookies allow those parties to collect information about your activity on our Site and combine it with information they collect about your activity on other websites across the internet or with other information they have about you. It should be noted that the activities of these third parties are also carried out for their own independent purposes as separate controllers of databases, and are fully subject to their own independent privacy policies and their sole responsibility. The Company has no control over how these third parties process information about you, store it (including in countries that provide less protection for personal information than that provided under Israeli Protection of Privacy laws), or share it with other entities. Different browsers allow a degree of control over cookies through the browser settings. You can disable cookies or manage them selectively by activating the setting in your browser that allows you to refuse all or some cookies. Most web browsers allow users to delete existing cookies from their device, block the acceptance of new cookies, or receive notifications before cookies are stored. Usually, these settings are found under 'Options' or 'Preferences' in your browser's 'Settings' menu. In the following links, you can find instructions on managing and blocking cookies in common web browsers (it is important to note that settings may vary between different versions of operating systems and browsers). In parallel, you can manage your preferences regarding other Google tools and services through Google's comprehensive control center at https://adssettings.google.com, where you can customize the types of ads you are willing to receive, view and edit the advertising profile Google has built about you, and completely opt out of personalized advertising. For your information: Deleting or blocking cookies may significantly affect your user experience on the Website and with our services. When you choose to block essential cookies, some of the basic features and services on the Website may not function properly or at all. Please note that blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not necessarily result in you seeing fewer ads, but rather the content and ads you see will be more general and less relevant to your interests, as we will not be able to learn about your preferences and tailor the content accordingly. Additionally, without information about your usage patterns, our ability to improve the Website and develop new features that meet your needs will be limited.
